Privacy Policy – Autocrypto

Summary

Autocrypto helps automate short-form video workflows for crypto content creators: ingesting reels or source clips, generating AI-assisted videos and metadata, and publishing to TikTok (and optionally other platforms) via your authorized accounts.

Information We Handle

• Account & Contact: email and basic profile you provide for sign-in/support.
• OAuth Tokens: access/refresh tokens you authorize for TikTok (and optionally Instagram/YouTube) to ingest content and publish on your behalf.
• Content & Metadata: videos, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, analytics fields, and prompts used to generate or schedule posts.
• Usage & Logs: basic activity logs (e.g., API calls, errors) to secure, debug, and improve the service.
• Cookies/Storage: session cookies or local storage for authentication and preferences.

We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., precise location, health data).

How We Use Data

• Authenticate you and connect your TikTok/Instagram/YouTube accounts via OAuth.
• Ingest, analyze, and transform media to generate AI-assisted videos and metadata you request.
• Schedule or publish content to your connected accounts when you ask us to.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve features.
• Provide support and respond to inquiries.

Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with the platforms you connect (e.g., TikTok/Instagram/YouTube) through their official APIs to ingest and publish your content. We may use trusted processors (e.g., hosting, storage, AI/ML infrastructure) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account, OAuth, and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us at fahad.anwaar@nextribe.co. When you revoke OAuth access on a platform (e.g., TikTok), we can no longer act on your behalf there. Backups may persist for a limited period.

Children’s Privacy

The service is intended for individuals 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Permissions

If enabled, we may use browser storage/cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not request device address books or precise location.

No Medical Advice

The app provides reminders and logging only. It does not provide medical advice or dosing guidance. Always follow your clinician’s instructions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features (e.g., optional cloud sync). We will update the Effective date and note changes in the app or on our website.
