Terms of Service – Autocrypto

1. Agreement

By using Autocrypto, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Autocrypto provides tools to (a) ingest or import short-form videos (“reels”) or source clips, (b) generate AI-assisted videos and metadata, and (c) schedule or publish to supported platforms (e.g., TikTok; optionally Instagram/YouTube) using your authorized accounts. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

No illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity; no spam or platform manipulation.
You must have all rights to upload, process, or publish any content you use with the Service (including music, footage, logos, and likenesses).
Comply with all applicable laws and the terms/policies of each platform you connect (e.g., TikTok Terms, Community Guidelines, and any API terms).
No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or scrape platforms without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service. We own the service, software, and brand.

5a. Generated Content & Your Responsibility

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring outputs comply with law, IP rights, and platform rules before publishing.

6. Third-Party Services

Features rely on third-party APIs/services (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Their availability, terms, and policies may change without notice. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.

7. Fees

If applicable, prices and billing terms are shown in the app. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NexTribe harmless from claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
